The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.

Proof will be needed from you to show whether (1) the account had ~$25k trading capital available (with a max risk of $3k for $100 cashflow strategy and $25k for SPX 200 strategy), and that (2) the strategy and alerts were implemented as alerted

We have a no dispute policy if you have used the course/program. If a dispute is made on the member's side then SPX 100 Club reserves the right to pursue legal action if the member does not abide by the terms and conditions

This is done to protect us as a business as we are mandated by law to not accept any payments when a dispute is filed. SPX 100 Club can be considered as a potential scam and needs to be shut down. So just know that you put all subscribers at risk if you file a false dispute
